Reserve a Unit:
~ Decide what unit(s) you want to rent and what date before you call. Have an alternative in mind.
~ Have a credit card in hand when you call to reserve your bounce house (for $50 security deposit).
~ You will lose your deposit if your cancel for any reason other then weather (if it rains we
understand you will not have your party outside).
~ Our delivery personels schedule is filled on a first come, first serve basis.
~ Delivery Fee - Additional delivery fee for outside Cleveland area. Call for rates.
~ Each moonwalk rental requires a 20 x 25 FLAT GRASSY area.
~ Power with in 100' of jumper(s). Each moonwalk rental needs at least 10 amps at outlet.
~ Water hook up with in 75' for inflatable water slide rentals.
~ If pets are present, they must be restrained at all times.
~ Customer must provide access for moonwalk - bounce house if it is delivered.
~ Weather Policy - We guarantee epuipment NOT weather!! - All Sales Final after pick up or delivery.
Pick up rental Friday 4pm - 6 pm ~ Drop off rental Monday 8am to 12pm
If the inflatable rental is not picked up or dropped off with in these time frames the deposit will be lost.
The attendants will ONLY be there with in these time frames.
For Pick ups:
We provide you with the fan, cord, tarps (units must be placed on tarps), tie down spikes, and instructions for set up and take down of rental.
The set up takes about 10 - 20 minutes for two people to set up the bounce house, allow yourself 20 - 30 minutes to clean, deflate, and re-roll the inflatable unit. Moonwalk MUST be returned to us reasonably clean on the outside and vacuumed out on the inside, properly rolled or a min of $50 is due.
The rental time starts when you pick the unit up and must be returned with in the predetermined time of the rental. Customer MUST return unit(s) on time to avoid penalty.
Currently, if you choose to pick up the inflatable and set it up yourself, you will save and also get to keep the unit for up to 48 hours. The choice is yours. For a moonwalk, you will need a pick up truck, van, minivan or large SUV. Whatever vehicle you bring, make sure it is clean of debris, sharp objects, and remove any back row seats to make room for the blower, tarp, cord, and bounce house.

From Chattanooga, take the Cleveland Exit 27 Paul Huff Prkwy off I 75. Turn right onto Paul Huff and go 3.0 miles. At red light turn right onto Old Tasso and go 1.2 miles. At red light facing Cleveland Plywood, turn right onto 20th Strt. and go 0.1 mile. Turn right onto Davy Crockett Dr. warehouse is on right, Davy Crockett Plaza Suite 120.
Knoxville:
